This allergy home test kit contains the following:

The test is for the collection and transport of a capillary blood sample to a clinical laboratory for analysis and reporting directly to the consumer or health care provider the allergen specific IgE test results. It involve simple procedure and won't consume too much of your time.
Before you begin the test, make sure to review the test kit contents, which include the instruction booklet, registration/personal information card, alcohol prep pad, 2 single-use safety lancets, funnel, blood collection tube, adhesive bandage, prepaid return envelope, biohazard zip lock bag, and bar code labels.
My Allergy Test requires you to collect 4 to 5 drops of blood sample into the blood collection tube following the directions provided in the instruction booklet. The blood sample must be sent (along with the completed Registration Card) to the clinical laboratory using the pre-paid return envelope. ImmuneTech must receive your Registration Card and blood sample within 30 days of blood collection.
